This is a person or persons who exhibit tactless, dirt-stupid behavior or uses language that would melt your granny's teapot and get you double-strength slapped by your mama. This person knows he/she/they are social pigs, and he/she/they are undeterred from continuing these actions. This type of person can be dressed up, but you can't take them anywhere normal people congregate.
