A person who has a high degree of education, yet lacks the common sense to figure things out that most people can plainly understand. Behavior examples of educated idiots:
1. A double standard usually applies to the educated idiot. They’re above the rules frequently, or so they think.
2. Can lack a moral compass showing how to treat their fellow man like they would like to be treated, but wonders why nobody likes them.
3. They think since they have this high education it gives them superiority over those who couldn’t afford to get the education they possess. That high priced education brings about an ego trip in numerous instances with the educated idiot.
4. Brags about their higher education like everyone is supposed to be impressed. If those people aren’t impressed the educated idiot can’t figure out why we are not.
5. Doesn’t usually treat their friends, spouses, or coworkers with any respect. This results in affairs, lost friendships, etc., etc., yet the educated idiot cannot figure out why this has happened to them.
The education is merely a foot in the door for jobs and a lot of frustrating relationships

A disparaging term for Internet Explorer, especially given its higher propensity towards a slow computer/webpage experience, increased chances of malware or even toolbar infestations, and even in some cases, a bad layout since there are certain web designers that stopped bothering to design for IE compatibility. Thus, anybody who willingly uses IE despite MUCH better alternatives being installed on the computer is an idiot, hence "Idiot Explorer".
