Founded in Bournemouth town, 2009. 45 Elite (45) is a union of young British males born in 1994 and 1995, hence 45. The group mainly heir from Ferndown to Charminster, although Bournemouth is the representative area.
45 can be seen as a graffitti tag throught Bournemouth Town and the surrounding district. There are approximately 20 members of the 45, although many places and people may be associated with the 45 Elite status.

45 may also be associated with the Dritish Youth Movement, (DYM).

Portmeanteau of 'elite' and 'retard'. A person who takes an unusual amount of pride in being stupid. Kind of like a classhole, except an elitard is not limited to physical assholishness. The elitard takes special pride in his or her wordy, snide, commentary along with their classholish shenanigans. Occasional elitardedness on the level of class clown is welcome, although, when persistent and out of control, is usually frowned upon and will lead to you getting your ass kicked by everyone you talk to.
