An outsider may view this as hoarding or an abomination of clutter that needs to be cleaned. But the person who has organized clutter would view this as organize clutter because the viewer betrays this as clean clutter everything is organized the way they like it except everything is a mess because it's cluttered how it's supposed to be to that person
