Corporate inter company emails typically from a boss to an insubordinate after hours, hence the "Z". This is a term used for cliff hanger emails afterhours, that you feel the need to respond to immediately even if you are out at dinner, the theater, or a funeral.

I was about to board the plane to Bora Bora, and received a ZeeMail from Dinnin requiring my immediate attention.
