A contraction of the acronyms WTF and FTP, roughly meaning What The Fucking File Transfer Protocol. It is commonly used in the computer industry to BS someone that doesn't know what you are talking about.

The illegitimate child of WTF (What The Fuck), WWJD (What Would Jesus Do), and What Would You Do for a Klondike Bar, from the Klondike bar commercials. Used as an adjective for a type of question, usually an All-Consuming question. Usually accompanied with an -ing suffix.
