An expression that one makes when a female with an especially large ass walk by.

The expression compares the legs of a girl to the hind legs of a horse---an animal that is know for having very large thighs and butt.

As such, this expression is usually reserved for females with the largest, fattest of asses.
"Oh look, here comes Delaney"
