Named because of the feelings of impotence (vasectom), and the negative psychological effects of feeling like a victim (victimized).

The woman continued to berate the men in the classroom, and criticized them personally based on her generalized feelings of society and general examples of anecdotal situations they had nothing to do with. Some people left the classroom feeling vasectom-victimized.
