A General Motors Engine that creates a miniature Vortex in the Firing cylinder to allow better a fuel/air mixture. VORTEC stands for "VORtex TEChnology" and it delivers more power and better fuel economy (even in Chevy's Monster 8.1 Liter V8), and it is reliable and easy to maintain. found in V6's and V8's. Often misspelled as vortech.

A subdivision of a troll (in forums) that claims a product in development does not exist or will never see a commercial launch, ever.

Vaportroll : Are you crazy? All those in-game clips of Fallout 3 were obviously faked. Wake up! The game doesn't exist. All they've shown us is a heavily modified version of Oblivion! The screenshots were photoshopped!

Vortext

When you're texting (via your cell phone or an IM program on your computer) and you're being bombarded with legitimate texts from other people (ie you're stuck in multiple conversations, and can't seem to respond to one without at least one or two more sending you messages while you're trying to respond to a first message).

"All three of my girlfriends were online and they were vortexting me like crazy. I almost said the wrong thing to the wrong girlfriend!"
