The event in which you or the driver next to you is attempting to change lanes, but both vehicles either slow down or speed up which makes the lane change unsuccessful.

Both cars are side to side and move up and down, hence, "titty tag".

This asshole was titty tagging me on on freeway 59 last night, which caused me to miss the exit and make me late!
