To titterlize is the modern tantalizing art in which you caress or fondle your female partner's breast to stimulate her arousal.

The word was found as a spelling error on Facebook, mistaken or misspelled for "titillate". The word was given meaning and mastered by two punky sexual pioneers whose names are not known. But they doin' all right.
