Splintage

When a man's penis undergoes a phase in which blood circulation is cut off for about a week, and they undergo intense sharp (splinting) pains. By the end of the week or midway through the second week, the man must break the penis back into its flaccid state. This is commonly known to happen once a year. During this time the man will be extremely stressed, angry, and uninterested in things usually enjoyable by them.

This word is a derivative of splintage, which is the act of using a splint with a broken bone, however in this instance blood acts as the splint.

John: My splintage this year is killing me!

Brett: Haven't got my splintage yet this year...hopefully I don't get it during the game season!
