This is Northeast Philadelphia slang, used by one particular family, for the paper/plastic coated wire twist-tie commonly found on the bag of a loaf of bread.

I need to close the bread, and cannot find the snivvy to twist it closed.

The bestest girl ever! All 79lbs of German shepherd filled with love and anxiety! Very observant and super loyal! Just when you thought she was harmless you picked up a fly killing salt gun and she goes ape shit! Likes to cuddle in the mornings but, any other time give her space. She might be bald but but she is beautiful how she is! If you have a shieva, thank god everyday because it wont last forever!
