Shazzamac

When a sneaky individual sharts in McDonald's and fails to own up to the deed, then after some time this yellow excrement is then mistaken for spilled McCurry sauce by a second sneaky individual and is licked up while nobody is looking. This commonly results in a puddle of diarrhoea and vomit on the McDonald's stool/ bench, known as a 'Shazzamac'.

girl: omg the smell of friggin pickles from your Big Mac makes me sick.
