A wordnewbie/word on the internet, a wanna-be wordhacker/word or wordgeek/word.

A person who writes simple scripts to perform hacks, cracks with little or no knowledge; uses downloads to gain 'status'.
In result causing damage out of lacking knowledge.

Plainly a wanna-be, might become someone with valid knowledge over time after self-study, which depends on the main intentions.

Describes the product or actions of a scriptkiddie or noob computer user.
Usually involves programming by gluing together code samples and auto generated code.
Code written by someone with no training or experience.

(This is also often seen when designers get involved in programming)

Scriptkiddie - "Look at the website I just wrote in Microsoft Word!".
Developer - "You auto generated some scriptkiddious code. Congratulations".

or

"I just helped someone fix a seriously scriptkiddious Flash app".
