A neck beard, fedora wearer, or any other socially awkward forever-alone type that somehow fancies themselves to be very good with women. Usually using words like "m'lady" and other chivalrous vocabulary pulled from a thesaurus to work their magic. They often lash out at women when this fails, evolving into mras.
