A job where there is a lot of freedom, where the job boundaries can be moulded and stretched considerably without it being noticed by anybody else.

I'm really enjoying this pastry job. I told my boss that it would take 5 weeks to finish, but I finished it in 3 and did nothing for 2 weeks.
