When a person behaves both totally obnoxious and disgustingly obtuse at the same time.

That woman is completely obnoxious and intolerably obtuse. She is constantly boasts about all the expensive things she buys, luxury vacations she goes on, and all the money she can't possibly spend. She is oblivious to the needs and limits of other people and is completely obtusnoxious.
