With the highest attack stat in the game and a speed stat that is also impressive, Mega Rayquaza easily makes the most obnoxious sweeper and most annoying thing to encounter without question. There is a reason that thing is banned in VCG tournaments.

In all honesty, anyone who uses Mega Rayquaza on an actual team can easily be dubbed a chump.
