Someone who sucks at / hates / gets stressed out by giving gifts. We all know these people. Gift cards were created for these people. It turns out 80% of the population are mifters living among us.

Me: "What'd your husband get you for your birthday?"
You: "A gift card. Again."
Me: "What a mifter."

Me: "What'd you get your mother--in-law for her birthday?"
You: "Nothing yet, still looking."
Me: "Haven't you been looking for weeks?"
You: "Yeah, I get so stressed out giving gifts. I can't decide since I don't want to give the wrong thing."

Me: "What'd you get your mom?"
You: "A gift card."
Me: "Again?"

Mifflin County School District where you can walk into the girls bathrooms and find a mix of emo, weird, smelling bitchs. If you stick around long enough you could be hooked up with some fentanyl and heroin. Your either getting played or playing. People fake mental problems and walk around smelling like BO. nobody knows how to use deodorant and stink the hallways up. The one vice principal looks like a leprechaun.
