Though pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoco niosis does have a definition as a disease caused by inhalation of sulfuric dust in volcanic smoke, very prominent among mine workers and volcanic scientists.

The Longest Word is over 100,000 letters long and takes over 3 hours to prounce if pronouced correctly. If you want to know what it looks and how it is spelled, look it up on google because I'm not going to spend hours and hours just to write 1 damn word.

P.S - It is not an official word in the dictionary.
