Phrase commonly used in the military for blowing the hell out of an enemy position. Plenty of bombs, missles, bullets etc.

The term "light er up" refers to the act of lighting up any number of smokeable items, such as a bong, pipe, joint, blunt, ciggerette, or cigar. The "er" is an abbreviation of "her", the her refering to whats being lighted.
