Usually used to have something with joe biden like the other definitions. But in this definition it's calling an album from a band called Lovejoy, Wake Up and It's Joever, with the name of the lead guitarist Joe goldsmith, instead of the original name, Wake Up and It's Over.

"My friend made an instagram group chat with the people he met at the Lovejoy concert called Wake Up and It's Joever and they added Joe Goldsmith and he opened it!"
