Uncle Jimbo Doctrine

Named after the fictional character from "South Park," the Uncle Jimbo Doctrine refers to a formal or informal military policy that enables otherwise reckless actions (that usually involves excessive killings and/or collateral damage) by invoking self-defense as a justification.

Israel has a right to defend itself, but its recent actions in Lebanon is an exercise of the Uncle Jimbo Doctrine.

adjective describing the state of a person who has reached such a level of intoxication that the lines between acceptable and unacceptable topics of conversation in polite company become so blurred that in the 'jimboed' person's mind practically anything goes.
derived from the name of legendary beer-swiller and peadophile joke expert, jimbo moody.
