A thief; they take advantage of the unfortunate. Think of Robin Hood without giving back to the poor, it goes straight into their grubby pocket. These people are normally found in betting shops preying on defenceless addicts. No morals and general scum of the earth.

Last night I can't believe I caught James taking advantage of that old gambler , he took a tip without the guy knowing. He's turned into a right Goggins.
