Failex
A luxury watch theft or robbery that goes horribly wrong because the stolen item is fake or a replica, leaving the thief with nothing—or sometimes resulting in their arrest.
Example:
He thought he scored a Rolex, it was fake, it was a total failex — he walked away with nothing… and got nicked a week later.
