It iz a word from spanglish decent, i.e Little Bitch. It iz most commonly used to describe people dat act in a bitchy way, or juz plan are a bitch.

examples include but are not limited to:

(noun)
Nikki: OMG my day iz going to sux.
Jenny: Why?
Nikki: Bitchito iz here

(adjetive)
Oreo: Damn shes a bitchito!!!!

Side note: Bitchito is a universal word and can be used univerally like fuck.
