Antilooting movement

A movement that seeks to stop the looting of archeological sites around the world. It is trying to get looting around the world made punishable by death. Camers to be placed at all known archeological and potential archeological sites and for the police to patrol these areas on a regular basis.And also seeks to have free anthropological and archeological courses offered to the population to help stop future looting. And for the u.s. and other first world countries to help pay for this.
