They are characterised by not knowing anything about the rules, is likely to be tricked into being immediately banned (N-word bypass or gore), into admitting they're underaged (A direct violation of the Discord Terms of Service), or in general being trolled or gaslighted.

Together, they were a consistent tag team in late ECW. Other lessser known members of the world order included 7-11, Thomas "The Inchworm" Rodman, Stink, Taka Michinoku, Terry Boy, Dick Togo(last three, bWo Japan), and The Blue Tilly(parody of Blue Meanie).
