an insult made up by Castiel from Supernatural TV series, the reason for the insult sounding weird was due to Castiel being an angel, and not being able to properly understand certain human culture as well as being a literal holy figure

it was first used in Season 5, Episode 22 when Castiel called Michael an assbutt before throwing a Molotov cocktail at him

Castiel: Hey, Assbutt! *throws a molotov cocktail at Michael*

Might also refer to a slightly autistic person with a nice ass

Assburgers was mentioned in southpark first S15 E8.
