Woke Points

A way to recognize someones hightened enlightenment, superiority or overly progressive views by handing out invisible imaginary currency. Mostly distributed in the comments section of a racially charged article on Facebook.
Did you see Doug's comments explaining how mathematics perpetuates white privilege and should be considered racist altogether. Wow, he is sooo Woke, I award him 25 woke points.

Woke Washing

The act of casting actors in roles based on a politically correct attempt to equally represent every race, color, sexual preferences or creed regardless of actual talent, historical accuracy, or adherence orginal cannon.
Did you see the new Abraham Lincoln movie? They had him as a gay black man and his wife was a Korean muslim....Why do they have to be woke washing everything now!

Woke Culture Vulture

Anyone who seeks to find something offensive in something that really isn't offensive in hopes of causing massive outrage while getting social media approval in the process.
I can't believe the Woke Culture Vultures came and found something offensive with what Barry said -- None of us even knew saying someone who had dark eyes was offensive, racist, problematic, misogynistic and rooted in white Supremacy.

Woke Misogynist

A person who hates women but tacks "white," "straight" and/or "cis" in front of their misogynistic remarks to mask them as woke political critiques and gain social acceptability. It's an effective way to smuggle misogyny into the mainstream and insulate misogynists from accusations of sexism.
An example of a woke misogynist:
Male comedian: Women are evil bitches. Am I right?
(Crickets.)
Male comedian: Well... how about this: White women are evil bitches. Am I right?
(Audience erupts in laughter and cheers.)

A girl, usually white, who is very pretentious about her views on society. Often enough, she has experienced little to no struggle throughout her life.
“There goes woke girl, bragging about her prestigious views on society.”

Woke up on the wrong side of the bed

Alt: Got up on the wrong side of the bed. (Past Tense)
An expression that is typically used to describe a grumpy or irritable person, especially when the reason for their unhappiness is unknown.

It can also be used to describe when somebody wakes up in a bad mood which then lasts all day, possibly because they didn't get enough sleep or had an unpleasant dream the night before.

The phrase dates back to Ancient Rome, where it was considered bad luck to get out of bed from the left side, which itself originated in a very old superstition saying that everything related to the left-hand side was inherently unlucky. The modern English expression reflects that myth with a tongue-in-cheek play on words, suggesting that a grouchy person must have gotten out of bed on the "wrong" side, as opposed to the "right" side.
"What's with Wendy? She seems annoyed about something."
"I don't know, maybe she got up on the wrong side of the bed today."

"You're acting like real jerk!"
"Sorry, I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. I'm in a bad mood, but it's not your fault."
