Descriptive term for a traffic situation that is so precarious and hideous, it appears as if there are no rules since cars seemingly careen and swerve all over the freeway/highway in near-miss collisions. (Term is derived from 70's skating rink jargon "all skate," wherein all skaters were called to the rink to skate -- and most then did so with absolute lunacy and reckless abandon.)

OMG, I was just caught in an "all skate" on the 5 freeway and almost got ran over by a semi truck!

Dude, it's a total "all skate" -- watch out for that jackass in the Mercedes!!

Skater whiplash

skater whiplash occurs to a skateboarder when he/she has just landed a complicated trick, or one that they have been trying to land for a while. As soon as the trick has been landed the skater looks round so quickly and sharply to see if anybody saw it, that they are said to suffer from skaters whiplash.

skateboarder1- dude did you see how quickly he looked around to see if we saw that trick??

skateboarder2- yeah man! he got some serious 'skater whiplash' just now!

Poser Skater

A person who thinks they can skateboard.
Usually has a penny board because that's Mainstream and Hipster right now.
Usually see them just carrying their board around.
They also have no Scratches on their board because they cant do shit and just show off their £150 army print 'New' Board... from www.pennyskateboardsonline.com.

Usually wear Beanies in the summer and Tie dyed tank tops with 'Hype' on them, or the really mainstream Thrasher T-Shirts in white with black writing.
Some of them also have Facebook profile pictures of them doing an Ollie off a curb, but you can only see the skateboard and their feet so you dont know who the fuck has done it.
