One who has a tendency to get drunk of a small amount of alcohol...mainly four lokos. Then once full blown unexplainably drunk--spills, falls, and does ridiculous activities with little or no use of their body. All eventually leading them to fall to the floor covered in alcohol, food, trash or whatever else is in there way.
