Clubbing Seals

Another great American Passtime, Generally targeting baby mammals called seals and bludgeoning them over the head with some form of blunt object.
Other passtimes of the sort include kicking puppies, burning the elderly, or listening to eminem (the only one of which I wouldn't reccomend due to the high amount of cruelty to animals).

Eminem meks nasty freaky stangelove to 12 year old groupies while cascading numbers of men and/or women 'impale' his wife on their 'hot man spikes' (See Manloaf).

Sell out does not mean a band is popular...It means a band that once may have been decent has changed it's style to suit the pop media and therefor makes loads of cash

Wal-Mart Sellout

Word used to describe a band that has sold out so bad that their t-shirts and other merchandise are sold at Wal-mart, not really including cd's though. Bands include Ac/Dc, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Green Day (they suck anyway), Metallica, The Sex Pistols, U2, Linkin Park, and others I can't think of at the moment.

As I walked into Wal-mart, I was not suprised to see an Ac/Dc Back In Black T-Shirt, that band turned in to a Wal-Mart Sellout.

Sellout

The word sell out usually refers to an artist who gains popularity for what they do best,but as they climb the ladder to fame they forget what they stand for and there art becomes more business than art. Doing what ever it takes to earn money.

Blink 182- became commercialized after switching drummers started selling books about them and produced signature guitars.
Limpbizkit- Durst stopped writing music for expression (choclate star fish) and mad music that he believe would bring the sucess
