Work Girlfriend

Favourite female co-worker who you get along with really well and enjoy spending time with but in a plutonic way. She's your girlfriend between 9 and 5 without sex.

Guy: My work girlfriend said the funniest thing this morning.

Guy's actual girlfriend: WTF? you cheating on me? Why don't you go and tell your "work girlfriend" that you can't even shave your own ass.

Guy's friend: Only dumbasses used the term work girlfriend in front of their actual girlfriends.

An imperative phrase used to give praise or approval to another person. Often punctuated by a finger snap or, alternatively, the vowel can be drawn out to express greater consequence. Analogous to: “What you have just said or done is very impressive.”

a Clock Work Orange

Something that has the appearance of something regular or ordinary, but robotic in action, having to do what it is programmed to do, not allowed free thought or action.

Also title of famous book and movie having much to do with this topic.

Am I to be just a Clock Work Orange then?

Whatever McDonalds worker

More commonly abbreviated to wmw, this is used to show that you think the person you are talking to is so low in soceity (a mcdonalds worker) their opinion doesn't matter. Most commonly used at a secondary school level. Can also be used with a hand gesture making a W with both your thumbs and index fingers, then turning it upside down for an M and then back up for a W.

Scabby person: Did you know that jackie fancies you?
Ben: Whatever McDonalds worker

When there is so much work piled on your or your desk, movement from out from under it is nearly impossible.

Hey--pour me a drink! I worked up quite a thirst digging out from my work avalanche to get to happy hour.
