Fag Pants are any kind jeans or capris that you would expect to find in the womens side of JC Penny, only some dude is wearing them. Usually characterized by excessive intentional ripping, intentional paint stains, tightness, and or inadequate length.

They were brought back to the market sometime in the mid-Nineties as 'Nylon Jeans'. Parachute pants are often mistaken for Baggy or poofy 'MC Hammer-esque' pants, which in actuality are known as ASTRO-pants.
