Another word for a high school english teacher, or a university humanties professor. Used commonly amongst politcians, in order to segment them as a minority group.
John Howard: "I'm rather - acquainted with the - literaries at the - University of - Canberra."

Kim Beazely: "I sincerely doubt that, prime minister, as there is no longer a University of Canberra since you proposed the bill in question last month!"

John Howard: "......."

Kim Beazely: "I'm sorry prime minister? What was that?"

The usage of text-message or e-mail language/acronyms/grammar in a setting unrelated to text messages or e-mail (especially in formal writing).
E-literacy can be demonstrated in two ways:
Spoken aloud: "LOL that is so funny! OMFG!"
Or, in formal writing: "One of my fave ppl 2 hang out w/ is my bff april. We alwyz have a gr8 time cuz she's like a sistr 2 me."

Literary Dumbass

A person that any word that's too big for them or too complicated for them (or whatever other reason) pronounces wrong or thinks the meaning of that word is something completely differant or not fully correct. Some People become Literary dumbasses because the word has to do with something related to someone they don't like or like to mess with.(Refer to example 2)
It means the same thing as
Literary:
-Asshole
-Fuckhead
-Idiot
-Moron
-Etc.

A combination of the words "legit" (slang), and "literally" form the basis of the word. The word would be used when someone is questioning the accuracy/ preciseness of a statement. (is the statement for real/ not fake, and is it truthful word for word?)
