(adj) A shorter way of saying sofa king wee todd did. wee todd did is a more commonly used phrase because of it's short/fast response. The phrase sounds like retarded when spoken out loud. When said, each "word" in the phrase has a short pause. This is because wee todd did and retarded may be comprehended differently depending on the person who hears the word/phrase.
