a wildcard in computer world is eg. *?

a * usually represents zero or more any characters, numbers etc, and a ? means any 1 character, number etc.
they're used to denote many files, or search for something (called glob searching)

*.exe for all exe files in some directory
*hotrod* to search for word hotrod anywhere in a doc

Wild Bill

A crazy, funny old man who lived in La Canada Flintridge, California. He was always drunk and hung out at the bus stop. People loved when he rode the bus after school and always had a few choice words about what people are wearing, politics, government, school, and his life.He loved Star Wars and always pretended he was Darth Vader. He sadly passed in October 2011 across the street from La Canada High School in Hahamongna Park. We will all miss hi, and he was the greatest thing in La Canada... Rip Bill.

Guy #1:"Did you see Wild Bill today?"
Guy #2:"Oh god ya, he was drunk and pretending to have a light saber battle with a straw from Mc Donalds!"

hog wild

This word is used by many in North Carolina. It originated when three yankees and one hick were walking around. They were talking about the low prices at CVS, when the hick said, "yeah, when I go there and see all them low priced products, i just go hog wild!" -and that, is how it all began. HOG WILD means to go crazy and by overcome with happiness.
