Jingyu is a word used to describe someone who has trouble speaking on telephones clearly and concisely. They often vary in pitch and tone when on the phone making it very difficult to understand them. A common variation of a Jingyu is someone who overall is very sensitive and quite frankly a bit of a little bitch.
Example 1:
Guy 1: Dude what was that guy talking about on the phone?
Guy 2: I have no idea man, he wasn't making any sense, I think he was a telemarketer or something.
Guy 1: Man he was such a Jingyu

Guy 1: Where my boys at?
Guy 2: Not here, I think they went to crack open a cold one somewhere
Guy 1: Aw man, why didn't they invite me?
Guy 2: I'll be honest, it's cause you're a such a Jingyu....
