As defined by Elizabeth Morgan (2010).

A small coffee latte flavored drink for children. Generally consisting of Coffee flavoring (Caffeine free), Brown Sugar, Cinnamon. Topped with Whipped Cream, a Cherry with Chocolate and Candy sprinkles.

We went to the coffee shop for cappuccino’s and got each of the children a Conetlatta with biscotti.
