n: Petty political drama which unfolded in Australia in 2004, involving some Melbourne Uni liberal hacks, a gullible Herald Sun journo and a whole lotta blogging. "Panda" derives (somewhat mysteriously) from the protagonist's name.

Student 2: What the hell are you talking about?

A large or Smallmouth bass weighing over 5 pounds in weight. Mostly reffered in the south as a Fence Panda

I was fishing lilipads at a nearby lake yesterday and caught a fence panda, you should have seen the size of this fish.
