Some asshat in a luxury car going under the speed limit in the fast lane like he/she owns the damn road, often seen changing lanes right in front of you without a turn signal, and guaranteed to honk angrily at you when you pass them.

when a bully is defeated by his/her victim (emo/nerd)

or when the bully is defeated in ANY way....by his/her victim.
