It's a New York expression. When you are OK, when you do not need any further explanation, or when someone tries to make you shut up, they say "You Good Money". meaning everything is OK.

Money, cash, funds, whether in hand, cold hard or electronical funds, it's currency earned from selling drugs, from as amateur as slinging coke on your nearest street corner, to as professional as having a weed smuggling branch you bought out from the Cartel, it's all drug money and of course, is usually illegally earned. Also see black market.
Big Boy Ben bought a 1300 dollar'd gaming rig after earning money from one nights worth! He's GOTTA be on some drug money grind or something.
The CIA arrested a big time Cartel boss the other day, they found 2 million dollars worth of drug money in his factory, he was going to make a serious trade with the Mafia they say.

Slim, very attractive and well groomed Asian male often from, but not exclusively Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, The Phillipines and Indonesia who require money from his partners in trade for sexual activities. Money Boys differ from male prostitutes / rent boys due to the fact that Money Boys do not disclose their intentions and most often wait until the deed is done and then demand funds. Often creating elaborate stories of not having any money on them and needing a taxi home or because of a lost/stolen wallet on the way to meet you.

people who have recently acquired money and feel the need to show it off by purchasing flashy houses, cars, clothing and jewelry. Generally tacky.
I hate how new money our neighbors are, they think that it's necessary to have 5 BMW's just because they can now afford it and their 10 year old daugher has a prada bag... JUST BECAUSE...

Money one carries in a conspicuous place to give to muggers when they traverse a dangerous neighborhood. This money stands in contrast to the shoe money, bra money, and crotch money - all wads of cash stuffed in the aforementioned location and totalling a greater amount than the mug money, which is already counted as forfeited.
"Hey ma, I'm goin over to Vinnie's tonight. "
"Wait , here's seven bucks. Put it in your pocket for mug money."
