Ritzys, etc. The first "playing" employee to notice said female will call out "fry check" followed by the girls location so that all other interested employees know and have a chance to grab a glance.

While men are usually the only ones interested in actually seeing the "fry check", girls are often involved in calling them out when spotted. This can also be turned into a game where the first to call the check is awarded a point (or fractional points for semi attractive girls) and at the end of the night the winner is bought a coke by the others playing. You can add any twist to this you want.
