a weekend celebration of the day of the birth (i.e the day you escaped your mother's wretched womb and escaped out of her vagina) because your birthday happens to fall on a weekend, usually Friday thru Sunday, but could be extended due to holidays, such as the birthend. Someone independently wealthy or at least pretty-much employed even extend it to a birthmonth.

"This weekend is my birthend, so I plan on being intoxicated all weekend, including MLK day because of the holiday."

"I'm hoping to get laid this weekend, since its my birthend and all."
