Army term referring to the commander of a unit. Usually used for a colonel or general, but can be used for a captain (who would be a company commander). Since most company commanders are still in their 20's in the Army though this isn't a common use.
Its usually a term of respect, but many times just used as to refer to the commander without any judgement of respect or disrespect. NOTE = this term is never used in the presence of the old man / commander.

Soldier 1: I heard someone call the barracks to attention, sup dawg?
Soldier 2: Sarge said go straighten your shit up, looks like the old man stopped in unexpectedly.

A Zoë old is someone who is really cool like really really cool. They are smart and compassionate. They tend to be really hot as well and their good vibes and energy radiate out towards others. Zoë Olds are pretty much always right. They have a great sense of humour and usually are really funny. They own a wide variety of skills and can be good at many things. This may include Physical activities, schoolwork or even gaming. If you know a Zoë Old then you are very lucky and should value them. Put them above all else because they will be there through it all.
Boy 1: “did you see Zoë Old”
Boy 2: “yeah bro she is so hot”
Boy 3: “unlucky my friends, she’s already my bestie”
