Out Of Character

When a character with an already well defined personality acts in a way that they normally would not. They do or say something that they as a character would not normally say, given the personality the writer has already assigned them. This happens very often when your show/book/story has a self-insert or Mary Sue

Two people are talking for a while with out knowing each other, and then they fund out they were born in the same town or they went to the same High School.
When they become aware say: Get out of here!

You can't get something from a person, especailly money, that they don't have i.e. A turnip cannot be coaxed, squeezed, or cajoled into producing blood. All efforts at obtaining blood from this vegetable will be futile

A set of clothes that is specifically picked out so that all pieces of clothing "go together". Normally something a woman wears, but recently black men have adopted to custom. White boys wear clothes. Brothers gotta wear an outfit.

Look at that reggin's outfit. Every thing fucking matches including his hat and shoes!

Urban Outfitters

A store that tries to mass produce the "thrift store vintage look." My question is what's cool about buying mass produced "poser" vintage? People who started the thrift store movement did it to make a statement against "brands" in general, and corporate America. Urban Outfitters is a publicly traded company on the stock market and all they care about are their sales, and keeping investors happy. A far cry from being "indie" or "underground." I would much rather support a local thrift store then, try to obtain that stolen, exploited look from these guys.

That's a cool tye dye shirt, did you make it? No, I bought it for $112 at Urban Outfitters. It's a good thing I own stock in the company, they know how to exploit the youth, and making them believe they are indie, and underground.
