Get the Disneyland Dorkmug. Every extra moment you get, you find yourself...not texting, not calling someone, but simply surfing the web, changing settings, adding ringtones. This can usually consume several hours of ones day and does not seem to have an end point, you too may be phone dorking. Your phone dorking may be nearing obsession if you also find loss of time, and the inability to hear others around you.
