Get the toxic exmug. Usually occurs between two ex couples whom the guys are bros are the girls are tight. When things turn south in both relationships, the bros and girls don't mind hooking up with the other guy/girl. Everyone benefits because both the girls and guys feel great being on the rebound while simultaneously getting revenge by hooking up with their ex's best friend.

Get the ex-phemeramug. Teenagers who were popular in elementary and middle school but are nobody's in high school. These are usually people who developed earlier than everyone else and by mid-freshman year they were nothing. Most of the time this is a girl who every guy liked in middle school because she was hotter than everyone else but when other girls came out of their awkward stages she was forgotten.
